James Rozelle - Undergraduate Researcher

I am a University of Arizona undergrad double majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular & Cell Biology major with a minor in Mathematics. I began working in the lab during spring semester of 2019. The project I am a part of is identifying and understanding how long intergenic non-coding RNAs (lincRNAs) affects the viability of plants in stressful conditions.
Besides working in the lab, I play piano, sometimes at hospices and assisted living homes. I am also a coordinator for the U of A's chapter of Camp Kesem. You can often catch me watching a movie on my laptop in some corner of the library or at work in the Thrive Center Office on campus.
